Theresa Nelson Ruck is a litigation partner with Sams, Fischer. Packard & Schuessler, LLC in West Chester, Ohio, just outside of Cincinnat. Ms. Ruck has extensive trial and appellate experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky.

Professional Experience:

Ms. Ruck focuses her practice in representing clients in a variety of complex wrongful death, personal injury, labor & employment and general civil litigation matters in Ohio and Kentucky at both the trial and appellate levels. She has spent the majority of her career representing clients as first chair trial counsel in both jury and bench trials. In addition to her trial experience, Ms. Ruck represents clients in alternative dispute resolution mediations and arbitrations and administrative hearings. 

Education:

Ms. Ruck earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in Cincinnati, Ohio. During her time at the University of Cincinnati, she was awarded a Fellowship from the Glenn M. Weaver Institute for Law and Psychiatry.

Ms. Ruck graduated, summa cum laude, from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Political Science-Pre Law. Ms. Ruck received departmental honors from the political science department.
