Elliott, a 26 year law enforcement veteran, formerly served in the U.S. Treasury Department as Chief, Criminal Investigation Division.  He has also served in Las Vegas, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Milwaukee and Northern Kentucky. During his career he investigated individuals and organizations that derived illegal income from organized crime, narcotics, and other illegal activities.

He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Licensed Private Investigator, College Level Criminal Justice Adjunct Professor, and a Volunteer Advocate for abused and neglected children. 

Upon his retirement from law enforcement, he went into private practice as a financial fraud investigator and consultant to attorneys involved in criminal fraud cases assisting during the investigation and testifying as a fact or expert witness at trials and hearings. 

Elliott also serves as a training consultant to law enforcement throughout the  USA and Caribbean. He has trained over 1,000 federal, state, and local law enforcement professionals on matters related to financial investigations and money laundering.

Elliott graduated from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Elliott is an inductee and member of the Las Vegas Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
